At Pure Spa Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty and spa supplies. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return process for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to ensure your return is tracked and approved by our warehouse team.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or credit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix your RMA number to the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the goods within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
